Data Collection

For the purposes of registering athletes participating in activities under the responsibility of CMoF (hereinafter referred to as “users”), recording opinions or comments, among others, the following personal data will be collected: Name; Gender; Date of birth; Tax Identification Number; Household; Telephone contact; E-mail.

Likewise, some data will be obtained through browsing the website: data identifying the user's IP address and cookies.

Consent

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user gives their free, specific, informed and unequivocal consent to the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the purposes set out here, without prejudice to the illegality of the same resulting from another legally established basis.
