Some of the official stages and training sessions of the Madeira Orienteering Festival 2026 (MOF 2026) will take place in locations that were part of the filming of the series "The Acolyte," from the famous Star Wars saga?

That's right! The Falca site, in Boa Ventura, where one of the official MOF training sessions will take place, was the setting for filming this international production. But it doesn't stop there: the mythical Fanal forest, where the 2nd stage of MOF 2026 will be held, also hosted the series' team, taking advantage of its unique and mysterious atmosp

Participating in MOF 2026 is, therefore, much more than competing: it's living an epic experience in locations that combine sport, nature, and cinema!here. And to close with a flourish, Ponta de São Lourenço, the setting for the 5th and final stage of MOF 2026, was another of the locations chosen to bring the Star Wars universe to life.
